The payment schedule and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Payment Schedule

 

For reservations made more than 60 Days before the Check-in date:

 

The 1st Payment will be due when you make a reservation with us. (This payment includes 50% of the Travel Costs (night fee, cleaning fee, travel insurance, etc), as well as the Security Deposit or (Optional) Non-Refundable Deposit Waiver Fee (CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection) and (Optional) CSA Travel Insurance.

 

The 2nd Payment will be charged 60 days before your check-in date, to the credit card you provided.



For reservations made within 60 Days before the Check-in date:

 

All fees will be charged on the day of the booking, to the credit card you provided. 



* You may choose to pay the refundable security deposit ($3,000) or non-refundable deposit waiver. The non-refundable deposit waiver is the CSA damage protection insurance. Please read carefully about the insurance before you choose to buy it. If damages cannot be covered with the CSA damage protection fee, the fees and penalties will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time of reservation.



 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

 

For bookings canceled 60 days or more before the start of the reservation:

 

From the time of booking, there is a cancellation fee of $200. If you've canceled 60 or more days before your reservation, your credit card will be refunded the amount you paid for the reservation, minus the cancellation fee of $200.

 

* For the CSA damage protection fee, please consult with CSA directly about the refund.



For bookings canceled 30 to 59 days before the start of the reservation, there is a 50% refund.

 

For bookings canceled 29 days or less before the start of the reservation, there is no refund.



* A credit card fee (5%) will be deducted from the refunded fees.

 

* For the CSA damage protection fee, please consult with CSA directly about the refund.
