Payment schedule and Cancellation Policy

 




1. Payment Schedule

 

1. Reservation made 60 Days before Check in.

1st Payment will be when you make a reservation with us.
Travel cost(night fee,cleaning fee,travel insurance,etc) of 50%+ Security Deposit or (Optional) Non Refundable Deposit Waiver Fee (CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection) or (Optional) CSA Travel Insurfance.

2nd Payment will be charged to your credit card you provided 60 days before the check-in date.

 

 

2. Reservation within 60 Days before Check in.

We will charge all the fees to your credit card you provide at the day of the booking.

 

 

* You may choose to pay the refundable security deposit ($3,000) or non refundalbe deposit waiver. Non refundable deposit waiver is the CSA damage protection insurance. Please read carfully about the insurance before you choose to buy it. If we cannot cover the damages within the the CSA damage protection fee for the damage, we will charge the fees or penalty to the credit card the guests used when they made a reservation.

 

 

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

 

1.Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay.
 
  There is a $ 200 cancellation fee from the time of booking.  
We will refund your credit card the amount you paid, minus the cancellation fee of $ 200.

* For the CSA damage protection fee, please consule with CSA directly about the refund.

 



2.Bookings canceled at within 30 days to 59 days before the start of stay.
There is a 50% refund.

 



3.Bookings canceled at least 29 days before the start of stay.
No refund.

 

*We will deduct the credit card fee (5%) from the refunded fees.

* For the CSA damage protection fee, please consule with CSA directly about the refund.
