After a full day of exploring Ala Moana's urban grid, you can wind down on the wide lanai, or melt into the comfort of your very own cloud-like bed for a full recharge tomorrow.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark, and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose of. Please place any and all trash in bags that will not leak or cause damage to the hallway carpets and walls.
Important!! *Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($25 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
!!IMPORTANT!! The exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Begin in December 1st 2022 and Complete in March 31st 2023 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.

Parking: No (There is parking space in the hotel basement, for $30 as of July 2019. Please check the price and availability yourself.)

*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be canceled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Please purchase expendable items after consumption.
*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc.
We are not providing the linen cleaning services during the stay.

I was greeted warmly and explanation was given on parking and how to access the parking as well as my room. I was pleasantly surprised to see a microwave as well as a small refrigerator in the room. Overall I liked the fact that I would not have a service employee coming in to clean my room and that I was in command of the room at all time. I could leave my computer out and feel it was safe. Thanks for the freedom. The proximity to shops and stores was great. Access to the bus trips - was just awesome. I would recommend it. Overall I had a terrific stay at Ala Moana Condominium.

So convenient

July 2021 Stayed for 8 days in July, 2021Room was clean, spacious and convenient, had many friends on the island with cars, they easily parked car at the Ala Moana shopping center and walked up ramp leading to 2nd floor of hotel. Air conditioning was a little buggy, would shut off by itself. Bathroom can be a little noisy when next door room is taking a shower, besides this little nuisances, the room was perfect and I would book it again in the future. In room wi-fi was fast enough to watch Netflix when needed, numerous TV channels to watch

Boise US, 20. December 2019 Stayed for 14 days in November, 2019Yes, it was the perfect location for our itinerary. Starbucks for me and the restaurant for my husband for breakfast was very convenient. To make the room a little more comfortable, a table for writing or working on a computer would have been nice. As it was, my husband had computer work to do and had to go out to the lanai. The view from that particular room overlooks the parking lot of the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Partly due to the car exhaust, the furniture, particularly the table, was filthy black. The lanai itself looked like it had never been cleaned. Although we weren’t there to hang out on the lanai and look at the parking lot, it should at least be spotlessly clean. That was my only disappointment. Even with that, I would recommend this unit.

The Best Hotel Room Ever!!
Honolulu United States, 19. June 2019 Stayed for 6 days in June, 2019This is not a hotel room actually, but this is a vacation rental unit without any cleaning while our stay. We knew about the fact and we knew we need to pay extra resort fees when we check in, but still tis unit is the BEST DEAL!! You cannot beat any rooms in price and quality with this room.
And you may see the partial ocean from the balcony. The room is spacious enough for 2 of us, too. We could enjoy the pool, sauna and coffee in Starbucks, too! They even served the beef after 3 pm.
Beach was just 2 minutes walk, too!!
While our stay, nothing wrong happened, but when we contacted Lei Hawaii Realty, they are so friendly. Very easy check in and out.
Anyway, the price was one third of the Ala Moana Hotel provided in their site!!! Do not miss the opportunity to stay the same quality room with the BIG BIG DISCOUNT!!
