Description

26th-floor city & ocean view studio with AC in the heart of Waikiki with a kitchenette, the balcony will make your stay perfect. Enjoy close proximity to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Shopping Center.
The cozy studio with a fresh breezy design will be a perfect home for you in Hawaii. There is a king-size bed for your comfortable sleep, a big armchair to collapse in and watch TV or just to enjoy the marvelous views of the city and the ocean from your balcony. On the balcony, you can sip your favorite drink.There is also a small foldable desk for your remote work.
The small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, helps your stay.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beach Park, and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
Important!!
*Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($25 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them. Please place any and all trash in bags.
!!IMPORTANT!! From February 7th, 2022, the exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.
*For safety purposes, the pool will be closed from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The pool closure is planned until June 2022 as of now.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Complete in June, 2022 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.

*Persons over the age of 21 must make the vacation rental reservations, and are required to be present during the stay.
*All rentals between December 22 and January 2 must be reserved for a minimum of 4 nights, unless there is already a gap of less than 4 nights.
*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.

    Pleasant stay in spite of the exterior renovation of the building facade. They Took care of what I need which is beyond the condo standard requirements. I will definitely recommend Lei Hawaii to all hotel accommodations in Honolulu.

    I liked the property's general location and the ease of getting around. Although there was a small issue with check-in Lei Hawaii was responsive in resolving the problem.
