This studio's main appeal is the large balcony facing all of Waikiki and Diamond Head, and it doesn't take long to understand why this is such a stand out feature of this intimate city home. The 39th floor location of this condo gives way to the perfect view - morning, evening and night, to be enjoyed from the lanai itself or from the comfort of your cloud-like bed.
With over a dozen local and international channels accessible on your flat-screen TV, there is no lack of entertainment available. Not to mention the convenient location of the Island Colony building, which places you in the heart of Waikiki's activities.
Island Colony is a few steps away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Waikiki Shopping Plaza, BeachWalk, and the International Marketplace.
There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby. But, if you prefer to explore more of Waikiki or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options. There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Island Colony building. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby, which can be used to explore Waikiki.

If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*There may be annual preventative maintenance, cleaning and repair to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and deck areas. This process will require temporary closure of the fenced areas. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

6th Visit to Waikiki so i decided to stay for 30 days since i have retired. Photos were accurate and I had a few minor issues: Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am with a $150 penalty if you do not comply. Had to buy my own forks, spoons, knife, can opener and serving spoons at a nearby Ross store. Room was a grade A-. Convenience Store, Laundry room, gym and swimming pool were a grade B. Room also had 2 beach chairs, umbella, scuba equipment and 2 bookie boards. I will return to this same room if it is available.
