Bus stop and Biki stand is just nearby. Everything is within 5 minutes walk.

Location, convenience to shopping, eating, bus stops, beach walk all very easy and view was Great !
Water pressure was very strong in shower on the 31st floor.
Solid, comfortable bed.
The building was built in 79 so do not expect anything amazing.
Chairs are terrible, plastic , you think you are going to fall or break apart, they need to upgraded too solid chairs for the balcony and eating table.
Will return if the Marathon happens this year 2021.
