You will love this penthouse vacation rental. The reasons are the price (less than a half of other Island Colony), the location (center of Waikiki), and the view (panoramic ocean, city, canal, and mountain)!!
Once you enter the unit, you step into a cozy kitchenette with all of the essentials you might think of to cook some goodies for your loved ones.
All of the cooked goodies can be eaten together with your family and friends from the comfort of the island themed, natural couch in your intimate living room next to the lanai. Here, you can even rest as you watch the flat-screen TV featuring a dozen local and international channels (Including some Japanese channels).
After an adventurous day in Waikiki, when all you may want is to melt into your own bed, turn on the AC and collapse into your queen size bed with fluffy pillows and soft linens, to guarantee a great sleep.
Island Colony is a few steps away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Waikiki Shopping Plaza, BeachWalk, and the International Marketplace.
There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby.
But, if you prefer to explore more of Waikiki or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options.
There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Island Colony building.
There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby, which can be used to explore Waikiki.
You will definitely enjoy all of the perks of the Island Colony condo itself, which offers a nice pool and Jacuzzi as well as the gym, BBQ and mini shop. - all at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in central Waikiki.

*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning and repair to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and deck areas. This process will require temporary closure of the fenced areas starting on Sunday, November 6th @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Monday, November 21st @ 7:00 a.m. (Weather permitting). We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

The hotel was located within walking distance of the beach and numerous restaurants, as well as major shopping locations. The room itself was very suitable considering we were only in it to sleep. However, the bathroom was only big enough for one person to use at any given time. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and cookware needed to cook every meal if you wanted.

Place was awesome, view was amazing. I’ve been to Hawaii many times but loved this stay. Perfect place everything was great the only thing I would have changed was the bathroom... the curtain was disgusting. It smelled sooo bad I didn’t even want to touch it. Super convenient place, it would have been nice to know there was a $35 parking fee every day. I would definitely stay again.

This vacation rental room was perfect!!
It was in the highest floor in the most popular condo in Waikiki and the view was perfect. Ocean, mountain, and firework were perfectly seen in our huge balcony and our room!!
We always eat breakfast and drink wine in the balcony and spend the quality time.
We knew already the bathroom and kitchen are bit small but it is acceptable for staying like 1 week. We go out and eat outside mostly. When we need to relax in the hot tab, we went to 6th floor and use the hot tub.
The good restaurant are closed by and mini shop was inside the condo. While we do the laundry, we swam in the big pool and used the gym.
The room inside also are very relaxing. We loved the taste. The beds are bit soft for us.
Everyone who uses elevator saw we push Penthouse floor. They asked me how is the penthouse room and we told them it is the best in the world!!
People in Lei Hawaii Realty are very responsible for our questions before the stay and during the stay. We personally went to see the office and they all welcomed to us! Thank you Lei Hawaii!
Next time we go to Hawaii, we definitely use this room again!
