Description

As you enter, you will find the fully equipped contemporary kitchen perfectly matching the whole design of the unit.
In the living room, you will find designer furniture: leather sofas, a sleeper, journal table all complimenting each other and perfectly forming the whole unique contemporary feel.
In the bedroom, there is queen size bed for your full recharge. Through the bedroom, you can go to the lanai, sit on a comfy sofa, sip your island drink and enjoy a fabulous sunrise, sunset and just ocean, mountain, park views.
Island Colony is a few steps away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Waikiki Shopping Plaza, BeachWalk, and the International Marketplace.
There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby.
But, if you prefer to explore more of Waikiki or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options.
There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Island Colony building.
There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby, which can be used to explore Waikiki.
You will definitely enjoy all of the perks of the Island Colony condo itself, which offers a nice pool and Jacuzzi as well as the gym, BBQ and mini shop. - all at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in central Waikiki.
The room rate is less than a half of them.

If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning and repair to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and deck areas. This process will require temporary closure of the fenced areas starting on Sunday, November 6th @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Monday, November 21st @ 7:00 a.m. (Weather permitting). We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

    This property is as pictured, clean, amazing view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Easy to access whether walking or driving.

    There was a continual breeze and no need for air conditioning. You can hear the street performers in the evening.

    Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and serving utensils. Full refrigerator and freezer as well as a bin for chilling drinks.

    Google the manual for the stove if you are unfamiliar with using a touch smooth top.

    Look through the coffee table book, “Waikiki, 9 walks through time” as soon as you arrive for great ideas about where to visit, hidden gems, and the history of the city.

    The property has grills, a pool, hot tub, sauna, and store — all well kept.

    If you have a rental car, the parking garage is the easiest place to park and convenient.

    The bus system is efficient and for $5 you can ride all day with unlimited stops. There is a $2.00 charge for the reloadable pass and the fees are going up on July 1, 2022.

    We roads the bus to Diamond Head (30ish minutes) so we could be in the park as long as we wanted.

    We saw bus service to the North Shore and all points in between!

    The management was quick to respond when we had questions. The lobby has a key fob entry and a security guard. The elevators have key fob access for added security.

    Highly recommend this property!

    Enjoyed a great stay with my adult son. The property gave us each plenty of space to ourselves. Property was just as described and pictured. Enjoyed mornings on the covered balcony watching the ocean waves or kayaking in the canal. Great pool/BBQ area on 6th floor. Enjoyed walking to the shops in the evening to listen to live music. Easy walk to the beach and was great to have two beach chairs available in the unit. Would definitely stay here again. We utilized the city bus to travel to Pearl Harbor tour and to the beaches further away which were much less crowded.

    This apartment has some exceptional views of the ocean, diamond head the canal. Place looked exactly as it was shown in the pictures, actually it was better in person.

    Its very close to international market place and a ton of awesome restaurants. Kitchen was fully eqquiped with all amenities needed.

    All in all we had an amazing time here! Couldnt ask for more.

    When you walk in the door you see the view, it's spectacular!! The place is spotless, so very clean it's a awesome place to spend time. The balcony is amazing.we are so happy we stayed here. Also it is so close to anything and everything you could possibly want or need.

    Great view, great location! Ocean, mountain and canal view in one place. Walk 5 mins to Wakiki beach and market street. A tiny grocery store in 6F so very convenient, and reasonable price. In general, clean and enough furniture and amenities. Kitchen amenities need a learning curve, utensil are not that clean.

    What a rental! We were very happy with everything. Honestly after reading past reviews and seeing that the a/c was only in the bedroom I was a little scared, but my family and I were very comfortable! With the windows open and fans running we kept cool. The check in process was very easy. Love the keyless entry! Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Bed and pull out we’re comfortable, extra blankets and towels appreciated. Stove was a little confusing and frustrating at first but we eventually got it. Was so thankful for the 2 beach chairs that were provided. Location was great, not a far walk to beach/restaurants&shopping. Also Starbucks just across the street! Pool was nice and loved the little convenience store we went to atleast once a day Haha.

    Views from the window and lanai were breathtaking at all times of the day, this is what sells the place!


    Wished parking was included or discounted, aside from that everything was perfect!

    The views are stunning. The lanai comfortable for eating and lounging with a nice couch. The couch in the front room is a pull out. It is a 1 bedroom unit so there is privacy. The Island Colony building has a pool, work out room, barbeques, mini market, and laundromat. Being a 10 minute walk to the beach along Dukes Lane is great. There is a shower to wash your feet off by the surfboard storage unit. Except for coffee, no products for the kitchen so you need to buy some and the mini market in the building is well stocked as well as nearby ABC stores. Several of the roll down shades were broken and one broke while we were there blocking some of the fabulous views. There was no response from Lei Reality when I emailed them. The pictures are accurate of the unit. The unit was clean and was provided with 2 days of soap/shampoo. All in all I would recommend the unit because of the views, amenities in the building, and location to the beach, bus stop and main street with lots of restaurants

    The stay was really nice, while in quarantine I had a great time. The place was very cozy and clean, just exactly as in the photos. The views from the bedroom and the living room are stunning.
