This renovated room is super clean and also room rate is super attractive, too.
In partnership with local artist KYOX, this studio is designed with a tropical and playful feel. You will fall in love with the views of the city, ocean and mountains from your balcony.
Thanks to the top to bottom windows, the room is full of light. You will appreciate a small kitchenette with all the kitchen ware and essentials. There is a glass table to have snacks, two comfortable double beds and a pull-out sofa to watch your favorite TV show or just pick one among a huge variety of channels.
Pacific Monarch is centrally located in Waikiki, with a great variety of places nearly at its doorsteps.
Just a few blocks away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Pualeilani Atrium and the International Marketplace. As well as an ever-evolving scene of cafes, happy hours, international cuisine, and late-night bars to relax at with an exotic island refreshment.
There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby.
But, if you prefer to explore more of Waikiki or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options.
There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Pacific Monarch building, which can take you to new surfing, snorkeling, shopping or sightseeing locations.
There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby, which can be used to explore Waikiki.
Additionally, you will definitely enjoy all of the perks of the Island Colony condo itself, which offers a nice pool and Jacuzzi as well as the gym, BBQ and mini shop. - all at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in central Waikiki.

Location is perfect
Studio is comfortable with all amenities
Noise street starts at 5.00 AM and the window is not sound proof so we have been awake pretty early.
Another point is that there’s no Venetian store so since you have the sun from early morning to noon, you either live with the heat or put the heavy curtains.

We loved the condo. Super clean and very chic. The view through the sliding doors was fantastic.
There was a nicely stocked kitchenette and lots of beach equipment.

The property was in a great location and spotless.
It was well stocked with towels, crockery, glassware etc.
The rooftop pool was perfect on the hot nights to cool down.
The only downside was the placement of the aircon, which was placed on the floor right next to one of the beds, during my stay it was extremely hot and aircon was required through the night which made it uncomfortable for whoever had the bed next to the unit.

Very clean small 21st floor condo in Waikiki. Cute decorations, tiny kitchen area with mini fridge, coffee pot, sink, etc.. Very easy parking at the building for $30/day and simple check-in. I received lots of emails prior to my stay with very thorough instructions.
The building itself seems dated but if you want the Waikiki experience inexpensively, this is a nice little unit for 2 people. Owner provides slippers, building provides beach towels. Very friendly desk staff. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and about a block and 1/2 from Waikiki beach which is a tiny, over crowded mess of a beach. Drive way north if you want proper Hawaii beaches. Stay in Waikiki if you like crowds, noise, city experiences.
