The Pacific Monarch will become your home away from home and for affordable prices, way cheaper than in hotels Pacific Monarch is centrally located in Waikiki, with a great variety of places nearly at its doorsteps. Just a few blocks away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Pualeilani Atrium and the International Marketplace.
As well as an ever-evolving scene of cafes, happy hours, international cuisine, and late-night bars to relax at with an exotic island refreshment.
There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby.
But, if you prefer to explore more of Waikiki or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options.
There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Pacific Monarch building, which can take you to new surfing, snorkeling, shopping or sightseeing locations.
There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby, which can be used to explore Waikiki.
Additionally, you will definitely enjoy all of the perks of the Island Colony condo itself, which offers a nice pool and Jacuzzi. - all at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in central Waikiki.

At 2 short blocks away, the building is perfectly situated very close to the beach but not so close that the crowds are bothersome. Immediately outside the lobby, there are multiple delicious food options, hole in the walls & food trucks, with a variety of cuisines. Several small ABC Stores within 1 block, plus a particularly large one just 2 blocks away, for travel needs & souvenirs. The room was clean when we arrived, having 2 twin beds & a queen-size pullout couch, & very generously supplied with clean towels (you need more than you might expect!). The wide-open lanai faces north, so the room is bright, without the sun ever glaring in uncomfortably, & the ocean breeze blows gently throughout. The kitchen is small but functional, & supplied with bare minimum cooking equipment, including a rice cooker, microwave & a toaster. The showerhead is leaking, however, which is a cheap & easy repair. We were especially grateful for the beach umbrella & boogie board in the closet—thank you!

The room was better than expected. Very clean and has everything needed. There is a small market not too far away which is great if you want to make your own food. There are a lot of restaurants, food trucks, ect.. 2 blocks from the beach and a lot of shops. The bus system is fantastic so really no need for a rental car. We'll rent here again.

The property description was accurate regarding location, amenities, layout, etc. It was clean and maintained very well. It was a short 5 min walk to the beach. I would recommend to a friend. The ABC stores are very close for quick treats. Close walking distance to various restaurants and bars. The Maui Brewing Co was a delight!

I have stay in this condo from May 27 to Jun15.Nice and clean condo with kitchen ,coffee maker and mini refrigerator.
It is easy to get around in Waikiki. Close to bus stop and 3 minutes walk to the Kuhio beach. Few take out restaurant aroud the Hotel. I did not have a car . Taking the bus to Ala Moanna shopping center or to North Shore or Kailua is very convient. It,s fun to walk around the Waikiki to see all the people from around the world. It's so comfortable stay in the condo and great location . I would come back again to stay here again . I am highly recomend this condo with very safe security in the hotel. The bed is very comfortable. lots of bath towels. There are beaches chair in the closet.Nice stay! Thank you very much for making my vacation wonderful!! Aloha and Mahalo!!

While the building is a little older there's no reason not to like it. Everything is clean and works great. Best of all, rooftop pool, hottub, and grills! Also, its a super short walk to anything good in waikiki.

This studio is located a few blocks walk from Waikiki Beach. It’s has everything you need for an extended stay. The shower had mildew, and the room wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. The bathroom definitely needs some work done on it. Overall, we’d stay again .
