    Unit was very nice. However, for the price you charge, I would think you could install a CLEAN heavy duty shower liner.

    Our stay was good, the location is very good and the unit is decent aside from elevator noise due to location right next to the elevator shaft. We are most unhappy with being charged for repair to the garbage disposal. There were no instructions on use of the garbage disposal or any specific instructions on what SHOULD NOT go in the garbage disposal. I did note there is specific signage posting instructions not to wear shoes on the carpet and not to flush anything but paper down the toilet. The drain was already a bit slow, and when we added some pineapple peels it became plugged and drained very slow. Just prior to departure we advised the property manager as courtesy for next guests, however as a result of letting the property know we were charged for the repair. We do not own a garbage disposal and were not aware that pineapple peels could not be put in the disposal. After trying to resolve this with the property owner, we contacted HomeAway to try and resolve. Initially the property owner quoted us $120 for the repair, however after HomeAway asked them to produce an invoice we were then charged $260. The invoice listed extensive repairs and we felt that we were taken advantage of as the drain likely already needed service but because we were honest enough to disclose what we had done we were the unfortunate clients who were left with paying the charge. HomeAway stated they are only a booking platform and advised us to go back to the owners once again to see if we could work something out, but only to find out that my email has been blocked by the property. So we were left with no further option except to advise other travellers of our poor experience with Lei Hawaii Realty Inc.

    Very nice big size apartment, well equiped, safe, quiet, good location, good to have a parking space, nice view.
    Very fast an easy to comunicate with rental agency.
    Negative points...
    Small coffe maker, would be good to have option to put TV in the bedroom, little things to fix in the apartment (curtains, paint), dust on the air conditioning grills, dust on the big ceiling fan.

    ラナイからの景色が素晴らしいのはもちろん、お部屋もきれいで必要なものはだいたいそろっていて、このお値段では他になかなかないと思います。大満足です。ワイキキビーチやカピオラニ公園に行くにも最高の立地です。

    一点だけ、24階が工事中ということは事前にお知らせをもらっていましたが、洗濯機が使えないのは想定外でした。カパフル通りのコインランドリーまで行き、それはそれで楽しめましたが。

    Enjoyable. The location is great if you want to walk to shopping and beaches. The pool is great as well. It could use more seating in the living room area. The beds in the bedroom are a bit small, it would have worked better for us if it was a queen bed.

    I agree with another review that it would have been nice to have the basics in the cupboard like salt. However their was a generous supply of bathroom tissue which was nice.
    The building clean and well cares for and it’s location is excellent.
    I would recommend this apartment.
